Current Phase

Phase 1: Site Infrastructure & Foundation

Focusing on soil preparation, high tunnel utilities, preliminary lavender bed drainage, initial hemp planting, and developing the official USDA NRCS Conservation Farm Plan.

Phase 2: Campus Activation & Harvesting

Maturing lavender fields for essential oil extraction, expanding high tunnels, opening day-visit guided tours, launching local produce sales, and initiating A-frame cabin construction.

Phase 3: Full Ecosystem Sanctuary

Opening the Agrotherapy Cabin Resort, Geodesic Butterfly Pavilion, elevated wetland boardwalks, full wedding/event venue hosting, and hydroponic vertical farm towers.
